About Prihatin Extended Warranty Program (PEWP)

1. What is Prihatin Extended Warranty Program (PEWP)

Prihatin Extended Warranty Program (PEWP) is an additional warranty protection plan that we provide to consumers.

The selected tires will receive an additional protection for 6 months OR 10,000 km mileage from the date of purchase. (Whichever comes first)

2. How do I know if I’m eligible for extended warranty?

With each tire purchase from Toyo Tires authorized distributor, a minimum of two (2) pc and above. You are eligible for PEWP plan.

3. What is the valid term of the PEWP program?

The validity period for participating in this program is 14 days from the date of purchase. Any entry/registration made after 14 days from the date of purchase is invalid.

4. Will all Toyo Tires dealer be participating in the PEWP program?

No. Only selected authorize dealer will participate in the PEWP program. Click here to check our participating dealers.

5. Are all Toyo Tires products eligible for the PEWP programme?

Only three (3) products were selected for this PEWP program

Proxes CR1, Proxes CR1 SUV and Proxes TR1

6. Can I claim using PEWP if my tire is repairable due to puncture?

No, this PEWP only covered for unrepairable puncture.

7. Can the damaged tire be replaced by other Toyo Tires pattern or cash refund?

No, the damaged tire can only be replaced by the same pattern and size. Cash refund is not applicable.

1. I have registered but I do not receive any notification.

Check your email spam box. If it is persisted.

2. I have registered, but some info is wrong. Can I make an adjustment?

3. How secure is my data?

All data is protected by the Personal Data Protection Act that is enacted by the Malaysian government. Our system also uses a well-known security framework to protect our customers’ personal data to ensure that all information and data received are kept confidential.


File a Case and Warranty

1. How many entries can be registered in the PEWP program?

There is no limit. But provided that each registration must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt.

2. How do I join this program and submit the case?

Please refer to PEWP homepage (under Toyo Fan Club) for detail.

3. How will I be notified on the status of my case?

You will be notified with a message sent to your inbox. You may check your notifications for updates.

4. Can I still enjoy this PEWP if I lost my original receipt?

No, if you lost any of these items your tire cannot be replace. Customer must present original receipt, damage tires and PEWP Certificate No.

5. How long do I have to wait to replace the damage tire?

A replacement will be arranged immediately or subject to stock availability at the authorized dealer.
